These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by Atlas LLC ("Atlas," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
By creating an account, purchasing a membership, or otherwise accessing Atlas services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Atlas. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are 18 or older.
Atlas is a private men's leadership community. Our services include, but are not limited to:
The specific features and offerings may change over time as we continue to develop the Atlas experience. We will communicate significant changes to active members.
Atlas membership is billed at $500 per month on a recurring basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your designated payment method each billing cycle until you cancel.
Payments are processed through our third-party payment processor. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete billing information and to update it promptly if anything changes.
We reserve the right to adjust membership pricing. Any price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance and will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle following that notice period.
You may cancel your Atlas membership at any time by contacting us at the email address listed below. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to community resources through the remainder of that period.
No refunds will be issued for partial months. If you cancel mid-cycle, you will not receive a prorated refund for the unused portion of that month.
Retreat deposits and event fees are subject to their own cancellation and refund policies, which will be communicated at the time of registration.
Atlas is built on a foundation of trust, honesty, and mutual respect. As a member, you agree to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any membership, without refund, if a member violates these conduct standards. This determination is made at our sole discretion.
All content, materials, frameworks, and methodologies provided through Atlas, including but not limited to the Five Freedoms, the Triangle Model, call recordings, written resources, and community curriculum, are the intellectual property of Atlas LLC.
Your membership grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use these materials for your own development. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from Atlas content without our prior written consent.
Your privacy matters to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using Atlas, you consent to the practices described in that policy.
Atlas provides a community environment and educational content for personal and professional development. We do not provide therapy, legal advice, financial advice, or medical services. Nothing shared within the Atlas community should be interpreted as professional counsel.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Atlas LLC, its founders, facilitators, and team members shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services.
Our total liability for any claim related to your membership shall not exceed the amount you paid to Atlas in the three months preceding the claim.
If a dispute arises between you and Atlas, we encourage you to contact us first so we can attempt to resolve it informally.
If informal resolution is not successful, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing any other form of dispute resolution. Mediation will be conducted by a mutually agreed-upon mediator.
If mediation does not resolve the dispute, both parties agree to binding arbitration administered in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration will take place in [STATE/CITY], and the decision of the arbitrator will be final and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.
You agree that any dispute resolution will be conducted on an individual basis, not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action.
